During the
month of January, 2013, SPCC is challenging you to complete two swim workouts and
a weight room workout each week. After
completing the three workouts, you will receive a complementary weight room
pass for the following week. Stew Smith, founder of Heroes of Tomorrow, will be leading a Fitness Challenge workout on January 31st at 9am to mark the culmination of your fitness efforts.
If you successfully complete all of the month’s workouts, you will receive your choice of:
a session of Pre-Masters Classes, a session of Triathlon Swim Training, or a Weight Room 10 visit pass. Registration is FREE, and will open on Monday, December 17th and is available through January 1st, 2013. Simply stop by the SPCC Desk to select your workout level, and receive your Fitness Challenge packet.
